This site is for ADVISOR registration for the PeaceJam Northeast Slam on Saturday, November 15, 2008 at Chicopee Comprehensive High School in Chicopee, MA.

When you submit this online registration, you will receive a confirmation email, with a PDF format file attached to it, which is the Advisor Slam Registration Packet (the youth in your group will receive an email with a Youth Registration Packet).

PRINT THE PACKET, AND COMPLETE AND SIGN THE TWO FORMS (Medical History form and Advisor Release form) AND BRING THEM TO THE SLAM, ALONG WITH YOUR $25 REGISTRATION FEE, AND THE FORMS AND CHECKS OF THE YOUTH IN YOUR GROUP.

The $25 registration fee covers participation in the Slam. Because we will not have access to the school kitchen or food service, THIS WILL BE A BROWN BAG EVENT, with everyone responsible for their own food.

If you do not yet have a PeaceJam program in your school, community- or faith-based youth group, please contact us by email before you register.
