Always heating up the stage with jazz tunes from 1890 to 1930, Tin Pan Alley songs, classical and
contemporary pieces, The Northeast Traditional Jazz Ensemble returns by popular demand. The seven
musicians who comprise this group are known nationally – some internationally – for their talents. Each has
received kudos for his consummate skill and is in great demand as a guest artist. All are committed to
furthering the enjoyment of traditional jazz as both a genre and a way of playing with Leslie Strauss, vocalist.
