SPEAKER: Dr. Stuart Sidle, Ph.D., Chair of Psychology and Director of the Industrial Organizational Psychology program, UNH
Does happiness at work matter? What can organizational leaders do to foster a happy workforce when budgets and resources are tight? How can individuals manage their own levels of happiness at work when they are faced with job stress?
Dr. Sidle will make the case why happiness at work should matter to organizations and how leaders can have a tremendous impact on helping their employees find joy in their work. Also, Dr. Sidle will provide tips to those in stressful jobs take matters into their own hands and increase their levels of happiness at work.
